Exceptional!!!
The property was as describe. Beautifully well maintained and an ideal base.we are family of four and this property suited us as it was a safe location for our children in a gated environment. the rooftop terrace was a great addition,we made the regular use of the BBQ, the hot tub and sun loungers- beware tthe wind though the facilitates in the apartment were excellent. Would highly recommend this location- all staff we met were really friendly-the security personnel to the gardeners. Ideal access to the Eagle Beach.The pools on the property were lovely and we also made use of the on- site gym. Beds were super comfy and the aircon was superb. Great extras like beach towels,chairs and cool boxes. Aimee is super efficient & responded to every email and promptly and effectively. Mario is available should you need him and hs lovely. The Iguana's and other wildlife are an added bonus as you passed through the beautiful grounds are an added bonus.I'ts a quite a lovely location and we would highhly recommend . We will definitely return!

Great relaxing Getaway!!
As other reviews have mentioned this is not the place for nonstop action. It is the place for a relaxed time with beautiful views, quiet beaches and a good time. Shared condo with friends and there is plenty of room for four adults. Both bedrooms are very nice and we were never bothered by noise at night. Rooftop patio is as nice as pictures show. Stayed in condo several nights and made use of grill and jacuzzi. View of sunset and ocean were outstanding. Reccomend getting rental vehicle if you want to get around without waiting for the bus

If it is action and energy you are seeking with people constantly around you morning, noon and night, both on the property and at the beach, then the Oceania may not for you. As others have said, this is a safe, quiet and well maintained condo development. The inside of the unit is as described with an excess of storage for your clothing and plenty of hangers. If you're looking for a property that is brand new with beautiful surroundings on each side of your property and swim-up bars in the pools, then our suggestion is to look for something on Palm Beach. For our family of 4 (a teen, a 20 something & (2) 50+ adults), it was perfect. No, it's not right on the beach; once you get off the elevator, you have an easy 100 yard walk through the wonderfully-kept grounds and past a clear blue swimming pool. From there, you exit the property through a secured gate and cross the low-traffic, 2 lane road onto the finest section of Eagle Beach. When we say finest, you'll understand after you walk the beach in both directions. Not that other sections are bad, but this particular section of Eagle Beach is beautiful, isolated and quiet. The palapas here are not right on top of each other as they are in front of some of the other properties and their distance to the water is a heck of a lot closer than many others on Eagle Beach that are in excess of 100 yards away. If you want to parasail, jet ski or ride a giant tube, it's a 5 minute walk down the beach. We rented a car for the week as we felt it provided us more options to see Aruba for the 1st time. A car is certainly not needed depending on your agenda, but we used it to visit a different restaurant each night, drive to the snorkeling locations on the other side of the high rises, get our son's Dunkin Donut fix some mornings, visit the casino and to shop for our week's worth of breakfast and lunch items at Super Foods. Although we had a car, we took a half day tour of the north coast with ABC Tours, went on a chartered 3 hour fishing trip and enjoyed a sunset sail during our stay. Even with all this, we still spent 3-6 hours on the beach each day. The warm, clear turquois water is just too hard to pass up. Although a nice addition to the unit, we did not utilize the roof top patio as much as we thought we might. It would be an awesome place to have a nice BBQ meal prepared on the Webber grill. We chose this unit primarily in part because of these reviews and were certainly not disappointed

First time in Aruba and initially apprehensive about renting in another Country. Aimee quickly put any worries to rest, it was a pleasure dealing with her and house manager Mario. The condo is perfect, extremely clean and very well stocked with anything you need, kitchen utensils, towels, etc. The layout is ideal, it provides a lot of privacy between living room and bedrooms. The location is great, 2 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Away from the bustle of Palm beach but that's only a 5 minute drive away. Superfood market about 15 minute walk and can load up on groceries. The grounds are extremely well maintained and everyone very friendly.
